2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or cancel orders arising from inaccuracies.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted only after payment is authorized and confirmed. For card purchases, charges are processed securely through our payment provider. Bulk drum and tote orders may require a formal quote and are invoiced separately unless otherwise arranged.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Standard parcel shipments are sent to the address provided at checkout. Larger orders such as drums and totes are shipped via freight carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. 5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or compatibility issues. Damage claims must be filed with photos to info@ecoblendsolutions.com within 24 hours of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for the complete policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

EcoBlend Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

8. Changes to Terms
